The award was accepted by program alumnus Frank Carnevale ’17, manager of corporate partnerships. Following the award presentation, Carnevale sat down for a question-and-answer session with Dr. Katharine Burakowski, assistant professor and chair of the department. He shared his experiences as a student, how he leveraged his early career opportunities to work in one of the most exciting sports environments in the world, and the lessons he’s learned along the way.

“We always have such a great time gathering at Oak Hill Country Club with our students, parents, friends, and alumni to celebrate the year and share how much has been accomplished in the classroom and at internship sites,” Burakowski said. “To be able to honor a deserving organization and distinguished alumnus like Frank, and to honor our graduating seniors, really makes the night quite special for everyone involved.”
